3. 3. If Aimer considers you as a potential partner, we will arrange a meeting with you; please have available relevant samples and detailed company profile.
4. 4. Aimer reserves the right to determine the possibility of an agreement, depending on the information and samples provided by the potential partner.
5. 5.A second meeting may be required for detailed discussion respecting a possible future agreement.
6. 6.Aimer may hold an evaluation meeting for certain chosen samples.
7. 7.After the evaluation meeting, Aimer will place an order with the finalized items. Then, both parties may start business transactions following the procedure agreed upon in previous discussions.
